The following is an explanation of road traffic accidents at universities and colleges from January to June 2025.
According to the Ministry of Education's Campus Safety and Disaster Prevention and Protection Reporting and Processing Center's information website, traffic accident statistics and fatality patterns from January to June 2025 are as follows:

A total of four A1 accidents occurred in June 2025, of which two were primarily self-collision accidents, two occurring during holidays, and two during nighttime hours. Please strengthen public awareness.
To reduce the risk of accidents, the following reminders are recommended:
When traveling in groups, students should be reminded to slow down and drive carefully on the roads or road conditions they are passing, be alert for oncoming vehicles, and avoid collisions with other road users. Motorcyclists must wear a certified helmet at all times, and continuous promotion of correct driving concepts such as "hazard awareness," "right of way," and "paying attention to what's ahead" will enhance driving safety.
Students are advised to wear brightly colored or high-visibility clothing when traveling to enhance their visibility. When passing intersections, they should adhere to the "slow, look, stop" principle: slow down, look to the left, right, and rear for pedestrians, stop appropriately, and yield to pedestrians. This will continue to promote a "stop and yield at intersections" safety culture to effectively reduce the risk of traffic accidents.
